It's a pleasure to see the beautiful homes that have been cared for and restored. Unfortunately, sometimes right next door to a well cared for house, there is one that has obviously been a rental unit for years. If you've ever been in the market for a rental unit, you know that the inside of these houses match the outside. Every time I see or live in a house in such state I dream about the changes that could be made. This blog is an exposé of those houses in Provo that need to be fixed up.

Dumb Plumbing

I have to give credit for these home-owners. They had a similar pipe in the kitchen, and in their remodel, they fixed it. I'm hoping to get that remodel story, before and after pictures, and an interview with the owners to post on here. COMING SOON! :)
